Sponsorships Creates Access to Leadership

Sponsorships both formal and informal have been a part of the executive development platform for decades. During the 70’s and 80’s executive sponsorships were primarily informal for women and people of color, but it was the culture for non- Hispanic white males. Within the past couple of decades, the role of the executive sponsor has become not only well accepted but necessary for success. In fact, executive sponsorships are prevalent among organizations today.
