Diversity MBA embarks on its 9th Annual Inclusive Leadership & Index (ILI) DMBA BenchmarkingResearch Survey. In the past 8 years 800 unique companies have participated in this benchmarking with an average of 300 companies per year. More than 50 percent of the companies return with an average of 35 percent new companies participating. 80 percent of the companies are multinationals and are publically traded companies; 20 percent are regionally based companies and/or organizations.
