Kareem Rogers, Senior Vice President ADP

Kareem Rogers is a Senior Vice President at ADP, a global human capital management technology and services provider with $14.6 billion in annual revenue and $85 billion in market capitalization. In his current role, Kareem leads a global team of professionals responsible for enabling upmarket clients to achieve their human capital and business outcomes through the deployment and adoption of ADP’s cutting-edge technology solutions.

Kareem is known for a track record of delivering outstanding client experience, operational excellence, digital transformation and profitable growth in technology and information-enabled businesses. Prior to his current role, Kareem was Senior Vice President – Operations in ADP National Account Services, driving strategic service delivery, process optimization and digital transformation. Before joining ADP, he spent several years with Equifax in executive leadership roles, serving as Senior Vice President, Global Consumer and Business Services and Senior Vice President, Global Process Improvement. Kareem has also been an Associate Partner with McKinsey & Company, a leading global management consulting firm, serving clients across the globe and in many industries. He started his career with AT&T in multiple corporate finance leadership roles.

A top priority throughout his personal and professional pursuits, Kareem is passionate about organizations that advocate for and enable inclusion, personal & career development, and selfsufficiency. Kareem has an equal passion for mentoring emerging talent and expanding opportunities for all. At ADP, he serves on the Executive Steering Committee for ADP’s Cultivate Business Resource Group, which focuses on issues of diversity, equity and inclusion relevant to the African American community and beyond. Kareem has served on the Board of Directors of the Atlanta Children’s Shelter and the Frazer Center, has been a guest lecturer & speaker for INROADS, and has been interviewed and quoted in news outlets such as the Wall Street Journal and CNBC.com. Kareem has also been named among the 2021 Most Influential African-American Leaders in Business by the National Diversity Council.

Kareem holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with emphases in Finance and Strategic Management. He earned undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Africana Studies from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.

Kareem is married with two children, and currently resides in a suburb of Atlanta, Georgia.
