Stephen facilitates the strategic development and general management of PHCSP, which provides physicians and certified assistants to homebound patients that need preventive and continuity of medical care. Within four years, the organization has grown from one physician and 30 patients to over 23 providers and 5,000 patients. Prior to PHCSP, Stephen was recruited from e San Miguel Corp. in the Philippines to manage a boutique homecare physician group in Addison, IL. As service and operations manager, she oversaw complete operations from accounting to overall business development. She also applied strategic applications for efficient measures and excellence in patient care. Continuous analysis of business programs and potential improvements were integrated to provide centers of excellence approach in all its touch points. Stephen maintained a number-one academic ranking from kindergarten through graduate school. In college she was the first BS major to ever become student body president and helped implement a state-of-the-art student career transitions program.
