Dr. Oscar Holmes IV is an Assistant Professor of Management, Associate Dean of Undergraduate Programs and Director Rutgers University Student Executives (RUSE) program at the School of Business-Camden where he teaches executive education, graduate, and undergraduate courses in Leadership and Managing Human Capital, Organizational Behavior, and Crisis Management.
