Kaddra Greene, Supplier Diversity Program Manager Atrium Health

Kaddra Greene is the Supplier Diversity Program Manager for Atrium Health. She is responsible for partnering with Supply Chain Management to develop and execute strategic procurement strategies that are economically viable and socially equitable. With a focus on the purchase of services and products for the healthcare system across all clinical and non-clinical categories, these efforts result in the advancement of diverse supplier purchasing power, increased opportunities, and elevated spend for minority-, women-, and veteran-owned businesses, and align to system-wide goals and promote connectivity between Atrium Heath and its communities served. She is also spearheading the creation of the health care system’s Supplier Development Program that will encompass mentoring and training diverse-owned businesses to boost their capabilities and performance.

Committed to her community, Ms. Greene serves on the Greater Women’s Business Council’s Woman-Owned Business Mentor-Protégé Committee and volunteers for the Parkinson Association of the Carolinas.

A lifelong learner, Ms. Greene graduated from Gardner-Webb University in 2007 and 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in psychology and a Master of Business Administration, respectively. She’s also a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Central Piedmont Community College, completed a certificate in Women’s Entrepreneurship from Cornell University, accomplished advanced training in Project Management from the University of Miami, is a Certified Associate of Project Management(CAPM)® from the Project Management Institute and is a Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity®(CPSD™) from the Institute for Supply Management.
