Diversity MBA Names 2014 50 Out Front for Diversity Leadership

Chicago , IL – Diversity MBA is a national leadership organization targeting professionals, managers, and executives in leadership publishes,  its eighth annual list of “50 Out Front for Diversity Leadership: Best Places for Diverse & Women Managers to Work.  The list will be published in Diversity MBA Magazine’s 2014 June issue.

The ranking for 2014 50 Out Front Companies list benchmarking research has expanded its criteria to include analysis of not only systems and methodologies for inclusive diversity, but metrics that drive both results and impact.  This ranking celebrates companies that implement intentional strategies that support inclusive and active diversity.  The categories measured that determined the best 50 companies include:  accountability, succession planning, representation, recruitment, workplace inclusion and retention, and board diversity.   The ultimate outcome is the advancement of women and people of color into senior leadership positions.
