CHICAGO, IL – Diversity MBA is a leadership and management organization that advances the understanding of diversity & inclusion in the workforce by recognizing leadership. We are proud to name the 2014 Top 100 Under 50 Diverse Executive & Emerging Leaders.
The list once again was highly competitive with 300 applicants to select from. We are pleased to compose a highly diverse list of Executive & Emerging Leaders. 35% African American, 20% Hispanic, 16% Asian, 11% White, 7% Veteran, 4% LGBT, 3% Indian and 4% other.
These leaders from companies like AT&T, Accenture, Verizon, Target, Sears, Intel, Kaiser Permanente and more demonstrate extraordinary achievements that span across industries.

Our winners are chosen by a selection committee based upon their position within their company; time in position, contributions to the community and the advanced degree held. Diversity MBA honors these individuals and organizations that recognize and promote emerging and executive leaders for their achievements in the workplace and in the community.
The winners and newest members of the Top 100 under 50 exclusive club will be featured in the 2014 Fall issue of Diversity MBA Magazine. In addition, honorees along with other professionals that have made a major impact in the business community will be honored at the Diversity MBAs Awards Gala. This years Executive Leadership Conference and Award’s Gala will be held September 17 & 18th at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Oak Brook, IL.
The annual Executive Leadership Conference & Awards Gala will feature expert speakers, amazing networking opportunities during the day. At the gala, we’ll recognize our 2014 50 Out Front Companies & our Top 100 under 50 Diverse Leaders. The awards gala and leadership conference is one of the most powerful and engaging conferences of its kind.
A list of the honorees is at the bottom of this press release. Another product of the magazine is “50 Out Front List: Best Places for Diverse Managers to Work,” which recognizes companies that not only demonstrate their strong commitment to diversity, but also understand the value of supporting external programs that enhance leadership and retention within their organizations.
